Space to run and grow

Churchie boarders live in comfortable, modern and purpose-built residences that have been designed to enhance every aspect of the boarding experience.

The boarding precinct includes two main residences (Goodwin House and Gerald House) with an additional Year 7 centre. The residential buildings include individual rooms with ample privacy for every boy while common spaces and study areas foster collaboration and social bonds. Boys also enjoy the freedom to roam and explore the 22-hectare campus, with easy access to all of Churchie’s world-class sporting, recreation and learning facilities, including Norman Creek.

A beautiful modern dining room in the historic School House brings all boys and staff together every day for meals prepared by chefs to meet the dietary needs and tastes of growing boys. Mealtimes at the boarding house combine a relaxed family atmosphere with an emphasis on table manners and appropriate social behaviour.

The self-service dining hall is spacious and contemporary and offers ample food choices ranging from full continental breakfasts or hot breakfasts to various cuisines based on theme nights such as steak night and work night.

A health and wellness centre staffed around the clock by qualified nursing staff is available to care for the boys when they are sick or injured. Health appointments are coordinated through the health centre, which is located next to the boarding precinct.
