Foundation Scholarships

Churchie Founder

Churchie offers several academic and sporting scholarships (or bursaries) named to honour donors and high achievers. Scholarships are granted to talented students who need financial support to attend Churchie. Donors have established a number of scholarships and bursaries through the Churchie Foundation. They include:
 
  • The Cliff Ashdown Bursary - to support students who attend the School, but may have to leave because of financial circumstances.
     
  • The Rural Boarders Bursary - to assist talented students from Western Queensland (West of a line from Charters Towers to Goondiwindi) who require financial support to board at Churchie.
  • The Clem Jones Football (soccer) Scholarship.
  • The Butler Rural Bursary - to assist talented students from rural areas who require financial support to attend Churchie.
  • The Ben Bolger Memorial Music Scholarship.
  • The Overseas Study Scholarship for Old Boys.

Apply for a Foundation Scholarship

Graduates of Anglican Church Grammar School wishing to attend colleges or universities in the UK or USA are invited to apply. Applications are open from 1 March 2017 and close on 31 May 2017.


Fund a Foundation Scholarship

The Churchie Foundation Scholarships Fund is a deductible gift recipient, allowing gifts for certain scholarships to be tax deductible.
