Congratulations to the five Churchie boys who were finalists in the 2018 Queensland Music Festival's composing competition, ScoreIT!

ScoreIT! Plus is the advanced competition with William Ridgway (Year 12) placing third overall. His composition was judged by an expert panel of musicians and composers including Katie Noonan and Churchie Old Boy Cameron Patrick (composer of blockbuster movies Spider-Man: Homecoming, Star Trek Into Darkness and Jurassic World).

The ScoreIT! Senior competition saw Nicholas Hughes place first, Aidan Campbell place second, Liam Burne-Johnston place third, and Lucas Taylor was awarded an Honourable Mention.
